Your Mint Lime diaper bag comes with a 90 day limited warranty. We take great pride in and creating high quality products that are built to last.

Our warranty covers hardware, zippers, and/or defects on items purchased directly through Mint Lime’s website or an authorized retailer.

If you experience any problems with one of our products please contact us at customerservice@mintlime.com.

Please provide the following information:

• Proof of purchase from Mint Lime or an authorized retailer.
• Pictures and description of the problem you’re experiencing.

Our warranty does not cover wear and tear from ordinary, everyday use such as:

• Scratches and/or creases on leather components due to ordinary, everyday use.
• Fraying on the materials and thread due to ordinary, everyday use.
• Soiled fabric from spills, food, ink, and dirt.
• Damage caused by third party cleaners and alterations.
• Accidental damage to the product.

Defective bags will only be replaced to the original owner or purchaser.
